Josh began his financial services career in 1994 with a boutique investment firm. It wasn’t long until Josh realized that the financial services industry was using a broken model in attempting to deliver a one size fits all solution to people with vastly different circumstances. He soon began to specialize and tailor solutions for individuals going through or planning for a life transition (between jobs, retirement, sale of a business, divorce, loss of a loved one, caring for aging relatives, professional athlete careers). Josh’s current focus is working with highly successful individuals and executives who are at a turning point in their life and are eager to become educated as to what they need to do to successfully navigate through their immediate transitional event and beyond.
Josh is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major in International Relations and Political Science with an emphasis on economics. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He has been nationally recognized for both his knowledge and his commitment to his own professional development by his clients and the media, and he has been featured as a financial expert in The Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Consumer Reports, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, Crain’s Chicago Business, NBC 5 News, Pioneer Press newspapers, Talent Management and more.
George Vida, Jr.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, George is committed to read-moreworking closely with his clients at RPG facing life transitions to educate and guide them toward achieving their unique financial goals.
George is a licensed Registered Representative of National Planning Corporation and State Manager of Senior Services of Illinois, a senior general agent of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois where he has been an integral part of the development and growth over the last 17 years.
George is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management. He is actively involved in his community with youth organizations and fundraising.
Scott Loochtan, AIF®
Scott has been educating his clients on their unique circumstances that affect Retirement Planning read-moreand Wealth Preservation for more than 20 years. His commitment to both building lasting relationships with his clients and training insurance and investment representatives across the country have made Scott a recognized industry leader.
In addition to his partnership at RPG, Scott is a principal of Senior Services of Illinois, a senior general agent of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois that specializes in individual health and Medicare-related coverage.
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Scott is a licensed registered financial planner. His practice has concentrated mainly in retirement and insurance planning for both individuals and corporations. Scott is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and a member of the International Association for Financial Planning (IAFP).
Steven Kadish, JD
Director, Eldercare Division
As RPG’s Director of Eldercare, Steve educates and advises clients through life transitions associated read-more with substantial estates regarding asset protection and estate planning. A member of the Illinois State Bar, Steve works closely with the advisors at RPG to help best address the financial and estate concerns facing their clients.
Steve holds his Series 7, 24 and 51 securities licenses, and he is a licensed Insurance Provider by the State of Illinois. Due to his level of expertise, Steve conducts lectures on Estate and Financial Planning and the issues facing clients with significant estates.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a graduate of Yale University with a Master of Arts degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University where he was a member of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Nicole Mayer, AIF®
Nicole takes a holistic approach when advising clients facing life transitions. Her primary aim is to cultivate read-more client relationships by identifying their individual goals and concerns and educating them based on the details specific to each unique situation. Like a finger print each client’s situation is unique.

Nicole is a graduate of DePaul University with a degree in Finance and Marketing. She is on the board of Carmel High School Alumni Association, and she volunteers with Operation Hope and Network of Strength. She has been nationally recognized for both her knowledge and his commitment to her own professional development by her clients and the media, and she has been featured as a financial expert in Fox Business News, WGN Channel 9 News, Home and Family Finance Radio and Info Trak Radio.
Frank has nearly 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a significant level of expertise in retirement planning and the life transitions read-more it incurs.
Franks primary focus is on working with business owners to address and overcome the challenges of being a retirement plan sponsor. A retiree himself, Frank has the personal experience to support the needs of plan participants in establishing goals, investing and most importantly, planning a comfortable retirement.
Frank was born and raised in Chicago and recently returned to his native city after a successful career in marketing and sales positions with national and international firms.
Scott Kalo, JD
Director, Professional Athlete Division
Scott has more than 14 years of experience in financial services and wealth management. As RPG’s read-more Director of the Professional Athlete Division, Scott specializes in educating and guiding athletes through their life transitions to achieve their wealth management goals, allowing them to focus on the task at hand during the game.
As an attorney, in addition to running the Professional Athlete Division, Scott also works closely with his colleagues at RPG assisting them with legal issues that affect their clients
Daniel Nakano, CFP®
Daniel has been with RPG since 2010. Daniel is integral part of the team at RPG. He brings to the team read-more a wealth of knowledge in business operations and a strong worth ethic. Daniel processes paperwork for new and existing client portfolios and helps oversee The LifePrint Advantage™ process. Daniel is also responsible in helping oversee the operations of the firm.
Daniel is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and he achieved his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2009.
